Funds from special event will go to Medical Detection Dogs and The Light Fund. Character World's special Diamond Masquerade Ball, which was held last month, helped to raise £17,000 for charity.
The homewares licensee held the special event to raise money for Medical Detection Dogs, a charity that conducts research into the detection, recognition and diagnosis of diseases and medical conditions using dogs that are trained to recognise relevant stimuli.
In addition, 25 per cent of the funds raised will go to licensing industry charity, The Light Fund.
More than 200 people attended the event at the Hallmark Hotel in Cheadle, including execs from Disney, Hasbro, Nickelodeon, eOne, Fluid, Mind Candy and Hit Entertainment.
Comedian Paul Zenon and tribute band The Black Eyed Teaz entertained guests, while items including a Manchester United signed ball, signed Pele shirt and original Peppa Pig artwork were auctioned.
The last lot to go under the hammer was MD Danny Schweiger's offer to be 'slave for the day', raising £1,000.
A Brilliant Cut diamond worth £6,450 was also raffled of and raised more than £3,500 in ticket sales.
