Please review your personalisation information carefully before submitting your order. Check spelling and names so that we know exactly what you want. You are welcome to call us on our Customer Service helpline 0845 543 0248 if you have questions about personalisation.

Please note that the usual returns policy or cancelation rights does not apply for personalised product, personalised items cannot be returned, unless there is a manufacturing error or product defect, this does not affect your statutory rights. We reserve the right to refuse personalised orders at our discretion. In the case of inappropriate use of this service, your order will be cancelled and fully refunded. Cancellations and changes can be made prior to your order being despatched. Personalisation service available on selected items, please allow up to 10 working days for delivery. (Monday to Friday)
